Refund Policy

At Train With JT, I’m committed to providing high-quality personal training and online coaching services. I want every client to feel supported and clear about my policies. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which I offer refunds for services.

1. General Policy

  • All purchases for personal training sessions, online coaching plans, and related services are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in this policy or required by law.

2. Session Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • I ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session.

  • If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, the session may be forfeited and not eligible for a refund or reschedule.

  • If I need to cancel a session for any reason, I will offer to reschedule it at no extra cost or provide a full refund upon request.

3. Refunds for Packages and Plans

  • If you’ve purchased a prepaid package and have unused sessions, you may be eligible for a partial refund at my discretion if:

    • 1. You experience a medical issue that prevents continued training.

    • 2. You face serious personal circumstances like relocation or a family emergency.

  • I will calculate any refund based on the number of sessions already used, and I may apply a small administrative fee to cover processing and discounts previously applied.

4. Online Coaching and Digital Programs

  • Online programs, coaching plans, and digital services are non-refundable once delivered, unless I made an error or there’s a technical issue on my end.

  • If you’re not satisfied with your program, please reach out within 7 days of purchase so I can try to make things right.

5. No Guarantees

  • I’ll do my best to help you reach your fitness goals, but please understand that results vary for everyone. I don’t offer refunds based on dissatisfaction with results alone.

  • I may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on my website and take effect immediately.
